High integrated Power Management ICs - PMICs
ROHM’s Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) provide highly integrated, high-performance power management solutions for a wide range of applications and MCU platforms.
For the Automotive Market ROHM provides PMICs for several Embedded MCU platforms from Intel or Renesas. In addition ROHM offers application specific solutions for application like Cameras or Displays.
For the None-Automotive Market ROHM is focusing on the support of Embedded MCU platforms from Intel.

Standard Power Management ICs – ACDC, DCDC, LDOs
ROHM provides a broad portfolio of standard PMICs including full series of ACDC controllers and DCDC converters, as well as a rich selection of LDOs.
As example ROHM will show a new ACDC reference design using the BD7682FJ, an ACDC controller optimized to driver SiC FET.
Digital Power
With the digital architecture from Powervation ROHM now also delivers energy-efficient solutions for power systems used in Networking, Storage and Computing applications. The company’s digital power IC technology brings fully automatic adaptive control to DC/DC conversion for the first time in a reliable package that reduces design complexity and cost, increases power-supply performance and accelerates time to market.
IoT Solutions
Low Power MCU, Sensors and Communication ICs
ROHM offers a broad portfolio of products suitable for IoT application. Low Power Microcontrollers optimized for battery operation build the core of these product groups. Sensors like Accelerometer, Magnetometers, Optical Sensors or Temperature Sensors collect environmental data which can be processed by the MCU and sent to the network using wireless technologies like SubGHz RF or Bluetooth LE.
As example ROHM shows a new reference design for data logger application.
Wireless charging
ROHM offers a new evaluation kit for the world’s first Qi 1.2 certified wireless power transmitter IC BD57020MWV and receiver IC BD57015GWL.
It consists of its latest transmitter and receiver modules, a LED load module, a Quick Start guide and various power adapters. This kit gives customers the opportunity to test and integrate wireless power solutions in applications whilst accelerating the adoption of new technology in power applications. Different combinations are available to match the user’s application needs.

USB Type-C Power Delivery
USB Type-C provides a new high power transmission technology ideal for powering Laptops and Tablets, supporting up to 100W (20V@ 5A). ROHMs BM92T1x0MWV-Type-C Power Delivery Controller family is compatible with the latest USB Power Delivery (Rev2.0) and Type-C (Rev1.1) specifications.
