BU18TD3WG系列是采用超小型封装SSON004X1010(1.0mm×1.0mm×0.6mm) & SSOP5(2.9mm×2.8mm×1.15mm)的200ｍA输出高性能FULL CMOS稳压器。电路电流只有35μA，功耗低，同时又有优良的噪声特性和负载响应特性，最适合用于逻辑IC的电源、用于RF的电源、用于照相机模块的电源等各种用途。
特点：
- ±1%的高精度输出电压(VOUT<2.5V的产品是±25mV)
- 高波纹抑制比：70dB(Typ. 1kHz)
- 支持小型陶瓷电容(CIN=Co=0.47µF)
